After a quiet and restful night in your holiday apartment in Castelrotto, a fresh and healthy breakfast awaits you every morning in our Showroom. Surrounded by the wonderful mountain scenery, you may enjoy homemade jams, natural yoghurt, delicious elderflower juice, various syrups from our own production, and fresh milk from our neighbour’s farm. The products are made directly at our traditional South Tyrolean farm: This is fresher than fresh!

You and your family may enjoy the breakfast buffet in a very special location on our farm in South Tyrol: In our Henhouse Showroom. Here, every family breakfast turns into an experience where you can watch the chickens in the barn while you enjoy your farm breakfast.

Furthermore, the farmer’s wife Martina will pamper you with home-made muesli and her unique cream cheese spread, which tastes wonderfully rich on delicious homemade wholegrain bread. Enjoy our own farm products, such as bread, and fresh eggs in all variations (scrambled eggs, fried egg, hard-boiled egg, etc.), which are laid by our chickens right in front of your eyes. You can see directly where the products come from and how they are made. It could not be more natural!
